Where are you located?

We are proudly based in Antigua. All orders are processed and delivered locally.


Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We currently offer island-wide delivery within Antigua only.


Is delivery free?

Yes! Delivery is 100% free across the island.


Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not operate a physical storefront. We are fully online, with orders placed through our website, Instagram or WhatsApp 

 

Why the switch to a website?

We made the move from Instagram and WhatsApp ordering to a full website to make the process faster, smoother, and more reliable. With the website, you can place your order instantly and see what’s available in real time, no waiting for a reply or risking an item selling out.


That said, we’re still here for you! If you need any help, have a question, or just prefer the personal touch, feel free to DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp us. We’re still accepting orders that way but placing your order directly through the website is the quickest and most accurate option.

 

What sizes do you offer?

Our pieces are available in Small to XL.


How can I pay?

We accept both online payments and cash on delivery.

 

How long does delivery take?

We offer daily free delivery across Antigua. Orders should be scheduled 1–2 days in advance to secure your delivery slot.

Same-day delivery is sometimes available if your order is placed before 5:00 a.m. on the day of.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes! Pickup is available at our designated location in Potter’s Village EVERYDAY.


What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 1 day of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and free from stains or scents.

Exchanges must be done in person at our Potter’s Village pickup location. (NOT A STORE)

If you exchange for an item of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
